MOVE ON Fitness Education and VitaXynergy have joined forces in a strategic partnership supporting the Stretching Instructor Course, a program designed for instructors, trainers, and movement enthusiasts who wish to deepen their understanding of conscious movement, flexibility, recovery, and modern mobility techniques.
The course is coordinated by Isabela Lăcătuș and Raul Toma, Master Trainers within the MOVE ON Fitness School and official VitaXynergy Ambassadors, who bring together two essential perspectives: smart education and effective recovery.

The course offers a comprehensive approach to static and dynamic stretching, helping instructors and movement enthusiasts understand how to integrate flexibility, mobility, and recovery into both professional training and personal routines.
Participants will learn:
• the biomechanical and physiological principles of flexibility;
• how to adapt exercises to various fitness levels;
• how to structure and progress an effective stretching class;
• the role of stretching in injury prevention and post-training recovery.
At the end of the program, graduates will receive an official certification from MOVE ON Fitness School, strengthening their professional credentials and adding a valuable skill to their portfolio.
VitaXynergy’s Role in the Program
Through this partnership, VitaXynergy provides MOVE ON students with personalized kits containing products designed to support performance, muscle recovery, and joint health.
